"Fabian Romania" or the "Company"

Notification of Holdings

Further to the Company's announcement on Friday that a party had been acquiring shares in Fabian Romania, the Company has, following a formal request, been notified that Finite Assets Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, has acquired, as at the close of business on 3 November 2008, 20.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Finite Assets Ltd is the legal and beneficial holder of the shares acquired.
