Fabian Romania Property Fund Ltd22 January 2007 22 January 2007 Fabian Romania Property Fund Limited ("Fabian" or the "Fund") Resolution toAppoint a Director subject to formal approval of the Jersey Financial ServicesCommission ("JFSC") Fabian, the AIM listed property fund established to invest in Romanian property,has resolved to appoint Mark Houslop to the Board of Fabian subject to theapproval of the JFSC. Nicholas Mark Houslop, 58, joined the firm of surveyors DTC in 1973 and became apartner in 1979 and a Director in the company when it became publicly listed(DTZ) in London in 1987. His experience has extended from the UK and Europeanmarkets to the USA where he set up and ran the firm's New York office for fiveyears advising on major real estate investments in New York, Washington D.C,Houston, Denver, San Francisco and Los Angeles. In the UK he has advised on many central London properties including The Lloydsof London headquarters, The Berkeley Square Estate and The Plaza Shopping Centreand UK House both major blocks on Oxford Street, as well as developments inLondon Docklands. Mr Houslop sits on the supervisory board of the German publicly listedresidential/commercial property company IMW and is a fellow of the RoyalInstitution of Chartered Surveyors. Mark Houslop's conditional appointment marks a significant milestone in theimplementation of Fabian's strategy to bolster its Board following admission toAIM on December 15 last year.
