Director Share Purchase
FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that on 6 July 2018, Neil Smith, Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 74.7 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Smith now has a total beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
