ASX Voluntary Suspension
Ferrum Crescent Limited, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted iron ore developer in Northern South Africa, advises that it has requested that trading in its ordinary securities on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) be voluntarily suspended pending announcement of the proposed capital raise. The Company expects to make an announcement on AIM regarding the proposed capital raise later today.
Trading in the Company's ordinary securities will continue on AIM during this period.
