ENSOR HOLDINGS PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company") Exercise of Options Ensor announces that, following an exercise of options by Roger Harrison, theCompany's Chief Executive, at 25p each, it has issued and allotted 200,000 newordinary shares of 10p each to Mr Harrison (the "New Shares"). Following theexercise, Mr Harrison is beneficially interested in 4,358,500 ordinary sharesrepresenting 14.4 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital,excluding shares not held in treasury. An application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading onAIM which is expected to occur on 19 July 2013. As a result of the issue of theNew Shares the Company's issued share capital increases to 30,818,074 ordinaryshares of which 622,098 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 30,195,976 with eachordinary share carrying the right to one vote. This figure may be used byshareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change totheir interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
