Ensor Holdings plc Issue of Equity
Ensor Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that, following an exercise of options by Anthony Coyne, a Non-executive Director of the Company, at 13p each, it has issued and allotted 97,248 ordinary shares of 10p each to Mr. Coyne and 592,408 shares to his wife Janet Coyne. Following the exercise Mr. Coyne is beneficially interested in 719,656 ordinary shares representing 2.35 per cent. of the enlarged share capital.
An application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 21 July 2011. Following the issue of the new shares there are 30,618,074 ordinary shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
