ENSOR HOLDINGS PLC DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING - CORRECTION
On 5 January 2009, Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or "the Company") announced that it had received notification that Roger Harrison, a director of Ensor, had purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Company at a price of 9p per share. The announcement stated that Mr. Harrison's resultant holding was 110,000 ordinary shares representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has since been notified by Mr. Harrison that his stockbroker purchased a further tranche of 25,000 ordinary shares on his behalf at a price of 9p per share on 5 January 2009. Mr. Harrison was only notified of this additional purchase on 9 February 2009.
Consequently, as a result of the above transaction and the purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares on 16 January 2009, Mr. Harrison now holds 145,000 ordinary shares representing 0.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
