ENSOR HOLDINGS PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or "the Company") announces that Anthony Coyne, Chief Executive Officer, having reached retirement age, is retiring from his post with effect from 31 March 2007 whilst retaining his seat on the Board as a non-executive director of the Company.
Ensor also wishes to announce the appointment of Paul Henry Parnham as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 April 2007.
Paul is aged 53 and has extensive experience in senior industrial management both in the UK and overseas.
Within the last five years, Paul has been a director of Federal Mogul Sealing Systems Limited, Federal Mogul Friction Products China and Federal Mogul Friction Products Spain.
The Company has been advised that there are no further disclosures to be made under the provisions of Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
