The Directors ofΒ EnsorΒ Holdings plc ("Ensor"Β or "the Company")Β are pleased toΒ announceΒ the appointment of Christine HarrisonΒ asΒ a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mrs. Harrison has an interestΒ in 15,859,174Β ordinary shares,Β representing 53.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. This interest comprises 3,895,794 shares held personally by Mrs. Harrison, 9,463,380 shares held byΒ her husband Mr. K Harrison,Β who is also a director of the CompanyΒ and 2,500,000 shares held in a family trust of which Mrs. Harrison is a trustee.
