The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP) announces that, pursuant to the relevant resolution being passed by shareholders at the Company's AGM on 2 May 2019, the Company's listing category has been transferred as of 08.00 today from "premium listing (investment company)" to "premium listing (commercial company)".
