 RE-OPENING OF THE BOOKS BY THE DEPOSITARY

11 April 2018 - EN+ GROUP PLC (the "Company", "the Group" or "En+ Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL) notes that:

1. The Company's Depositary (Citi) has re-opened the books to permit cancellation of En+ Group GDR 144A (ISIN: US29355E1091) and Reg S (ISIN: US29355E2081) from April 10, 2018 until May 7, 2018, in accordance with the authorization granted by OFAC General License (https://www.citiadr.idmanagedsolutions.com/www/drfront_page.idms).

2. The Company informs that GDR holders may contact the Company's Depositary in order to receive the shares of EN+ Group instead of GDRs.

3. Clearstream will process settlement instructions on the securities issued by the Company and UC RUSAL pursuant to the issuance of General Licence 13 for intended settlement dates up to and including 6 May 2018.
