CLARIFICATION ON THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT
22 December 2017 - Further to the publication by En+ Group PLC (the "Company") of the Consolidated Interim Condensed Financial Information for the three and nine months ended 30 September 2017 for the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") on 4 December 2017, the Company wishes to clarify that, consistent with the regulatory announcements on 3 November 2017, 10 November 2017, 17 November 2017 and 24 November 2017 released by VTB Capital plc in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 in relation to stabilisation activity, the Over-Allotment Option in relation to the Company's initial public offering of GDRs was not exercised during the Stabilisation Period.
