Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them ("PCAs")
7 March 2018 - En+ Group plc (the "Company", "the Group" or "En+ Group"), (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL) a leading international vertically integrated aluminium and power producer, announces that it received notification today from Basic Element Limited ("Basic Element") of 44 Esplanade St. Helier, Jersey Channel Islands, JE4 9WG, that with effect from 27/02/2018 it converted 5,000,000 global depositary receipts ("GDRs") representing ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by it into Ordinary Shares. Basic Element is a PCA of Mr Oleg Vladimirovich Deripaska.
