EN+ GROUP CLARIFICATION ON MEDIA REPORTS
15 February 2018 - En+ Group plc (the "Company", "En+ Group" or together with its subsidiaries "the Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL), a leading international vertically integrated aluminium and power producer, notes media reports about a potential share offering of En+ shares.
In the ordinary course of business the Company regularly reviews its optimal capital structure, and there are no formal decisions to perform a secondary public offering. The Company will provide further updates when appropriate.
