EN+ GROUP ANNOUNCES CFO REPLACEMENT
April 24, 2018 - EN+ GROUP PLC (the "Company", "En+ Group" or together with its subsidiaries "the Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL) announces that the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") approved the appointment of Mikhail Khardikov as new Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Group.
The Board welcomes the promotion of Mr. Khardikov. He spent the last 8 years in various managerial positions in JSC EuroSibEnergo (100% subsidiary of En+ Group, managing its power assets), most notably being its CFO since July 2014. Mr. Khardikov, thus, has a deep insight into the financial function of the Group and a broad experience in the Russian power industry, finance and capital structure optimisation.
The appointment will be effective from 1 May 2018, upon the resignation of Andrey Yashchenko who held the position of CFO of the Group since July 2013.
The Board would like to extend its gratitude to Andrey Yashchenko and wishes him the best of luck in his new endeavors.
