Empresaria was notified onĀ 4Ā JuneĀ 2008 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") which took place that day:Ā
Miles Hunt, Chief Executive, transferredĀ 177,000 Ordinary Shares to European Pensions Management Limited in respect of Mr Hunt's Self Invested Pension Plan at a price ofĀ 95 pence per share. However, Mr Hunt's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged atĀ 3,837,571Ā Ordinary Shares representing 11.48Ā per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria.
