Director dealing
Empresaria was notified on 4 June 2008 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") which took place that day:
Miles Hunt, Chief Executive, transferred 177,000 Ordinary Shares to European Pensions Management Limited in respect of Mr Hunt's Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 95 pence per share. However, Mr Hunt's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged at 3,837,571 Ordinary Shares representing 11.48 per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria.
