Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
Man Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 13 December 2022 that Luke Ellis, Chief Executive Officer, being a PDMR of the Company, acquired 11,363 ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of an option, at an option price of 132 pence per share, granted under the Man Group 2012 Sharesave Scheme. Following the acquisition of these shares, Luke Ellis immediately sold the shares at a price of 219.5153 pence per share.
