In accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules, the following information has been published or made available to the public during the twelve months ended 15 July 2011 in compliance with Part 6 of the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000, the Listing Rules, EC Regulation 1606/2002 on the application of international accounting standards and the Companies Act 2006.
