Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), the established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, has been notified by Simon Retter, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that Horizonte Minerals plc, a company of which he was a Director until 25 November 2023, entered administration on 16 May 2024.
This announcement is made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
