Elixirr, an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that it was notified on 21 July 2020, that on that same day, Amanda Ferguson, the wife of Ian Ferguson, Executive Director of the Company, acquired a total of 6,240 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 204 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Ian Ferguson's beneficial holding (including those held by his wife) is 2,859,873 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
