Elixirr, an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that it was notified on 2 November 2020, that on that same day, Nicholas Willott, Finance Director and PDMR of the Company, acquired 5,940 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 252.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Nicholas Willott's beneficial holding is 348,161 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital of the Company.
