Board Changes

eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, announces that Jonathan Kay, Chief Financial Officer, Duncan McIntyre, Non-Executive Chairman, Mark Brady, Non-Executive Director and John Brougham, Non-Executive Director, have tendered their resignations. Jonathan Kay will remain with the Company for the time being and will assist the business to effect an orderly transition. Duncan McIntyre, Mark Brady and John Brougham have resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company expects to announce the appointment of Nigel Payne as Non-Executive Chairman in due course, subject to our nominated adviser's routine due diligence checks.

Nigel has over 30 years of experience as a director of both publicly listed and private companies. He has extensive expertise with listed companies, notably in his current roles as Non-Executive Chairman of Gateley (Holdings) plc (AIM: GTLY), Non-Executive Chairman of Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), Director of Gama Aviation plc (AIM: GMAA) and previously as CEO of Sportingbet plc. Sportingbet plc was one of the world's largest internet gambling companies and made a number of acquisitions whilst listed on the London Stock Exchange (both FTSE listed and AIM quoted). Nigel holds an Executive MBA from the IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland) and a degree in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University.
