Grant of Options
The Company announces that on 17 June 2008, the Remuneration Committee granted options over a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 23.5p (the closing price on 17 June 2008) to Ms Violetta Parylo, Finance Director of the Company, representing 0.7 per cent of the current issued share capital.
The options will vest on 16 June 2012 and be conditional on EPS being 2.1p by 31 January 2010.
As a result of the transaction, Ms Parylo is now interested in options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.7 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company. This represents Ms Parylo's total interest in the share capital of the Company.
