Director's Shareholding

Noricum Gold Limited, the Austrian focussed gold exploration and development company, announces that it was informed today that on 21 May 2014 Gregory Kuenzel, Managing Director of the Company, transferred 1,222,222 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') held in the name of Freeside Limited, into his own name. The transfer of Ordinary Shares was transacted at a price of 0.66 pence per share.

Following this transfer, Mr. Kuenzel's total beneficial ownership in the Company remains unchanged and he retains his ultimate beneficial interest in a total of 4,277,222 Ordinary Shares (which represents approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital) all of which are registered in his own name.
