Acquisition of the second aircraft

Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, MSN 090 Limited (the "Subsidiary"), has today acquired an Airbus A380-800 aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial number 090 (the "Aircraft") for the sum of US$234,000,000. The Aircraft was delivered to the Subsidiary today at the Airbus delivery centre in Hamburg, Germany.
In connection with the acquisition of the Aircraft, the Subsidiary drew down senior debt financing in accordance with a Loan Agreement entered into with a syndicate of lenders (led by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in the amount of US$ 146,865,575.00.
Upon delivery, the Subsidiary also entered into an Aircraft Operating Lease with Emirates airline ("Emirates") pursuant to which the Aircraft has been leased to Emirates for an initial term of 12 years, with fixed lease rentals for the duration. The debt portion of the funding, which has been advanced under the same interest rate fixing methodology, will fully amortise over the 12 year term of the Lease, leaving the aircraft unencumbered at the conclusion of the Lease.
About the Company
The Company is a Guernsey domiciled, limited liability company which listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange on 14 July 2011 (LSE:DNA2).
The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its Shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft.
The Company will purchase three Airbus A380-800 aircraft, which it intends to lease to Emirates Airlines, the national carrier owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Company will seek to provide investors with income and capital returns through investment in the assets.
Once the first asset, second asset and third asset have been acquired and leased, the Company will target a distribution to shareholders of 4.5 pence per share per quarter (amounting to a yearly distribution of 9% based on initial placing price of 200 pence per share).
