Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited (the "Company") announces that further to the announcement dated 18 February 2013 in relation to the Conversion an application has been made for the Convertible Preference Shares (the "C Shares") to be cancelled from their official listing on the Channel Island Stock Exchange and the C Shares will be permanently removed from trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 6 March 2013 at 8.00 a.m. (UK).
