ASSET SALE UPDATE

On 21 August 2024 the Company announced its agreement to sell its remaining five Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "August Announcement").

Further to the August Announcement, and the subsequent Asset Sale Update provided on 2 October 2024, the Board is happy to announce that, following the Lease End Date for MSN 107, sale proceeds of £30.71m have been received with title successfully passing to Emirates.

For the Company's two remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSNs 109 and 110), operating leases will continue as contracted until the respective Lease End Dates.

The Board intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the August announcement.
