Non Executive Board Changes
Further to the announcement on 26 February 2009 that Gill Rider was to step down temporarily as a director of De La Rue plc, the Company announces that Ms Rider has today rejoined the board of the Company as a director and has resumed her position as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
