DCC plc announces that onĀ 26 JuneĀ 2009,Ā 19,500Ā shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsĀ under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme.Ā The subscription price paid for these shares was ā¬7.00Ā per share.
DCC now has a total ofĀ 82,217,505Ā shares in issueĀ excluding treasury shares andĀ 6,011,899Ā shares held in treasury.
