DCC plc announces that onΒ 26 JuneΒ 2009,Β 19,500Β shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsΒ under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme.Β The subscription price paid for these shares was β¬7.00Β per share.
DCC now has a total ofΒ 82,217,505Β shares in issueΒ excluding treasury shares andΒ 6,011,899Β shares held in treasury.
