DCC plc announces that on 26 June 2009, 19,500 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paid for these shares was €7.00 per share.
DCC now has a total of 82,217,505 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 6,011,899 shares held in treasury.
