DCC PLC14 February 2007 Manor Park Homebuilders As noted in DCC's Stock Exchange announcement on Friday last, 9 February 2007,DCC is seeking to maximise value from certain property assets owned by theGroup, including its 49% shareholding in Manor Park Homebuilders Limited ("Manor Park"). DCC has now reached agreement with Joe Moran, who owns 51% of Manor Park, toseek offers for 100% of the share capital of Manor Park. For this purpose, DCCand Joe Moran have today jointly appointed Goodbody Corporate Finance and IBICorporate Finance to carry out a formal sale process. DCC will sell its shareholding if a price is offered which, in the opinion ofthe Board of DCC, is in the best interests of DCC shareholders. A furtherannouncement will be made in due course.
