Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), DCC plc announces that as of 31 May 2022:

DCC plc's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 98,691,846. The total issued share capital is 101,333,904 Ordinary Shares of €0.25 each, of which 2,642,058 are held as Treasury Shares and therefore do not carry voting rights.

The figure of 98,691,846 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of DCC plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
