Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Darktrace announces that, pursuant to the terms of the FY2023 bonus plan, two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") received the number of ordinary shares of Darktrace (the "Shares") as set out below. Pursuant to the terms of the FY2023 bonus plan, one third of the PDMRs' bonuses are required to be held as Shares. Full details of the FY2023 bonus plan are set out in the FY2023 annual report of Darktrace.
On 17 October 2023, Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, received 21,549 Shares and Catherine Graham, CFO, received 17,012 Shares. In each case, the Shares were purchased on the open market by Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Ltd as Trustees of the Darktrace EBT in respect of the Deferred Bonus Plan 2023 on behalf of the PDMR.
