Further to the announcement on 5 September 2013 regarding the appointment to the Board of Stephen Newton, it falls to be disclosed that within the last five years Mr Newton had been a director of Romonet Limited and Open Cloud UK Limited (Mr Newton remains a director of Open Cloud Limited).
