Further to the Company's circular dated 1 September 2010 and subsequent announcements referring to the monthly Directors' Share Purchase Plan and Director's matching shares, as well as the announcements referring to the block listings as detailed below and the issue of ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company since those announcements, the Company confirms that it currently has 2,656,177,850 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in issue.

In addition to the above, the Company also announces that application has been made today for admission to trading on AIM in respect of an additional block listing of 30,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each, increasing the balance under the block listing scheme to 32,822,176, subject to admission occurring on the 1 August 2013.
These shares are used mainly to enable directors to purchase newly issued ordinary shares in the Company on a monthly basis on the first day of each month as described above. The number of Block Listing Shares that have been issued each month has been determined by the closing mid-market share price of ordinary shares in the Company on the trading day immediately prior to the issue of the Block Listing Shares. The Block Listing Shares may also be used as part of a matching share incentive to Directors, to settle cash sums due by the Company for other purposes, and for the exercise of options by, and payment of salaries to staff. On issue, the Block Listing Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
