Director Shareholding
The Company was notified yesterday that on Wednesday 5 March 2014, Simon Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.19 pence per share.
This brings Simon Smith's interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 57,623,731 ordinary shares, being 1.68% of the current issued share capital.
