Director Shareholding
The Company is pleased to announce that on Tuesday 25 February 2014, John Cronin, Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.2 pence per share.
This brings John Cronin's interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 83,099,191 ordinary shares, being approximately 2.43% of the current issued share capital.
