Total Voting Rights and Block Listing Information
Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, announces that application has been made for admission to trading on AIM in respect of a block listing of 285,732,334 ordinary shares of 0.01p each. These shares will be used purely for the exercise of warrants. This block listing is in addition to the open block listing announced on 16 January 2013 that is to be used for the issue of shares to the directors in lieu of salaries. As a result of this new block listing there will no longer be individual RNS' released for each exercise of warrants, however in line with the AIM Rules for Companies Rule 29, an update for the block listing and total shares in issue will be provided every 6 months.
On issue, these Block Listing Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
