Placing and Subscription - update re Admission date and Director participation

Further to its announcements on 8 November and 9 November 2023, CyanConnode (AIM:CYAN.L), a world leader in narrowband radio frequency (RF) smart mesh networks, notifies that, in connection with the Fundraising to raise £2.7m (before expenses), First Admission is now expected on 15 November 2023 and Second Admission is now expected on 16 November 2023. Additionally, for administrative purposes, John Cronin, Executive Chairman, will subscribe for 300,000 new Ordinary Shares (together with associated Investor Warrants) in the Fundraising via the Subscription rather than the Placing.

Accordingly, First Admission shall comprise a total 2,600,300 new Ordinary Shares (600,300 First Placing Shares and 2,000,000 EIS Subscription Shares) and Second Admission shall comprise a total 24,588,200 new Ordinary Shares (18,288,200 Second Placing Shares and 6,300,000 Remaining Subscription Shares).
