2023 Annual General Meeting
CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a global leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, reminds shareholders that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at 11a.m. on Thursday 24th August 2023 at the offices of Herald Investment Management Limited, 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6ET.
Since a presentation was held via the Investor-Meet-Company platform on 1 August 2023, there will be no presentation at the AGM, and the meeting will consist of only the formal business of voting on the resolutions. If any shareholders are intending to attend the meeting in person, we would request that they register this intention at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting at cosec@cyanconnode.com.
Shareholders are also reminded to submit their votes in relation to the resolutions no later than 11 a.m. on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 either by post to the address set out on the Form of Proxy, or if you have a username and access code you can register your vote(s) online for the AGM at www.shareregistrars.uk.com.
