Dividend Currency Election
14 November 2014 - Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, today gives further information regarding its interim dividend announced on 16 September 2014.
For those shareholders who have previously registered to receive their dividend in US dollars under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or who have registered to do so by the close of business on 14 November 2014, the dividend will be paid at an exchange rate of $1.58/ £1.
