18 September 2009 - Craneware plc, (AIM: CRW.L) has today been informed that Mr. Neil Heywood, a Non-executive director of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 297p per share over the course of 17th and 18th September 2009.
Following these transactions, Mr. Heywood has an interest in a total of 135,272 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.5% of the Company's issued share capital of 25,297,750 ordinary shares.
