Transaction in Own Shares

Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), a leader in healthcare financial performance solutions, announces today it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 30 April 2026 to 1 May 2026.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 16 March 2026 (the "Programme").

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in Treasury.

Following the above transactions, the Company will hold 1,068,553 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and has 34,473,616 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).

The figure of 34,473,616 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Individual Transactions

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it forms part of UK law, a full breakdown of the individual trades made by Investec on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme is attached to this announcement.
