Dividend Currency Election
7 November 2008 - Craneware plc, (AIM: CRW) a leading provider of financial performance improvement software for US healthcare organisations, today announces that following the Company's AGM, held on the 4 November 2008, the Company has declared a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2008 of 3.1 pence per Share payable on 5 December 2008 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 7 November 2008.
The dividend will be paid at an exchange rate of $1.60/£1 for those shareholders who have registered by the close of business on 7 November 2008 to receive their dividend in US dollars.
