28 February 2012 - Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, has been informed that Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company has today purchased 2525 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 393p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Neilson's interest in Craneware has increased to 3,453,459 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 12.8% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
