Craneware plc09 October 2007 Craneware plc ("the Company") Block Listing Application The Company announces that an application has been made to the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange Plc for a block admission of 1,835,900 ordinary shares of1 pence each in the Company to satisfy obligations under the Approved ShareOption Plan 2006 and Approved Share Option Plan 2007. These shares will beallotted and issued in due course in accordance with the rules of the respectiveschemes and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinaryshares in issue. Trading in the ordinary shares under the block listing is expected to commenceon 15 October 2007.
