Further to the announcements issued on 26 July 2013, the Company announces thatthe NAV per share at the close of business on 8 August 2013 ("the CalculationDate") was 140.70p. Accordingly, the Placing Price, which is equivalent to a 3per cent. premium to the NAV on the Calculation Date, is 144.9p. Crystal Amber has received firm commitments from certain shareholders and newinvestors to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares for a gross consideration of £26,414,785 under the Placing. Therefore, Crystal Amber has allotted 18,229,665Placing Shares, subject to admission to trading on AIM and on the CISX,representing an enlargement of approximately 33 per cent. of the Company'scurrent issued share capital. Application has been made to the CISX for the 18,229,665 Placing Shares to beadmitted to listing and trading on the CISX. It is expected that the 18,229,665Placing Shares will be admitted to listing and to trading on the CISX and thatdealings will commence in such Placing Shares on the CISX on 21 August 2013. Application has been made for the 18,229,665 Placing Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will take place, and dealings insuch Placing Shares will commence, on AIM on 21 August 2013. Following the issue of the 18,229,665 Placing Shares, the Company will have73,437,665 Ordinary Shares in issue.
