Transaction in Own Shares and
Change to Total Voting Rights

The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 22 November 2023, on 27 March 2024 the Company purchased 100,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 73 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule at the end of this announcement contains detailed information about the individual purchases made by Winterflood Securities on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.

Total Voting Rights

Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at today's date is 99,749,762 and following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 22,850,262 (which includes the 6,331,500 shares purchased by the Company since 15 December 2023 which are pending cancellation). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company isĀ 76,899,500 which mayĀ be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.Ā
